Atlatl workshop

The atlatl is a simple yet effective hand held weapon which launches a long, flexible arrow with considerable force. Atlatl’s have been used for hunting wooly mammoth, sabre toothed tiger, the common mastodon, and other common fauna. They are also a lot of fun to use in a big field or in the woods, hunting stumps and logs. Learn a simple way to make this ancient weapon with just a knife, a patch of leather, and a few sticks!
