It’s not what you eat, it’s what you digest. Ayurveda has the means to improve and enhance digestion through enjoyable and simple measures, such as using spices and chutneys. It will explore Ayurveda concepts such as Agni, the fire of digestion and Ama, undigested food and experience which can block our energy and liveliness. Without having to change your diet, we will look at ways to optimize digestion and your experience of food.
